Built by its own people.
Roemah Pemberdayaan Masyarakat wasn't started by an outside organization or a distant donor. It grew from the village itself — neighbors who saw how many hands sat idle, and how much skill went unused.
Not everyone can leave for a nine-to-five in the city. Mothers, farmers, and villagers needed work that fit the rhythm of home — something to do between harvests, around family, on their own time. Weaving became that work.
