SagaraDraksha will cook the way the highlands eat — close to the source, honest with its ingredients, and generous by nature. Vegetables pulled from mountain soil, rice from terraced fields, and Javanese flavors carried down through generations.
No white tablecloths, no rush. Just a warm room, a long table, and food meant to be passed around. We're shaping the menu now — rooted in tradition, open to what the season brings.
